OpenAI for Singapore

OpenAI for Singapore is a May 2026 MDDI–OpenAI memorandum-of-understanding initiative covering an Applied AI Lab, AI talent and education partnerships, and broader access to AI tools and expertise; the announced commitment is more than S$300 million from OpenAI, not a Singapore government grant pool.
