iKnow Terms of Service (Draft)

Welcome to iKnow. By registering, accessing the service or publishing content, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.
2. You must provide accurate registration information, must not impersonate another person, and must not use an account in a way that misleads others.
3. Content published on iKnow is public. Do not publish information that you do not want others to access.
4. You must comply with applicable Singapore law and must not post unlawful, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, threatening or otherwise harmful material.
5. We may remove content or restrict access where it breaches these terms or applicable law.

You retain ownership of original content you publish. By publishing it, you grant iKnow a free, non-exclusive, irrevocable licence to host, display, distribute and use that content to operate and promote the service. You confirm that you own the content or have permission to publish it.

iKnow’s marks, design, software and other service materials are protected by law and may not be reused for commercial purposes without permission. Third parties who reproduce user content should credit the author, link to the original and obtain permission where required.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Content expresses the author’s own views; iKnow does not guarantee its accuracy, availability, security or uninterrupted operation.

We may update these terms as the service or applicable law changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
