Michelin Guide Singapore Selection

This register treats each annual guide as a dated snapshot. Restaurants can close, move, change concept or be reassessed between editions. Green Stars and special awards overlap the main selection and are not additional establishments in the total.

2026 category totals

Edition announced Three Stars Two Stars One Star All Starred Bib Gourmand Michelin Selected Total recognised
4 Aug 2026 3 9 33 45 97 165 307

Arithmetic: 3 + 9 + 33 = 45 Starred restaurants, and 45 + 97 + 165 = 307 recognised establishments. Fiz and Seroja also received 2026 Green Stars; those two sustainability distinctions overlap Fiz's Selected and Seroja's two-Star positions and are not added to 307. The edition was the tenth Singapore Guide because no 2020 selection was published during the pandemic. Source: CNA's full 2026 list and CNA's 2026 Bib Gourmand release.

2026 three- and two-Star roster

2 Meta Retained
2 Saint Pierre Retained
2 Seroja Promoted from one Star
2 Shoukouwa Retained
2 Sushi Sakuta Retained
2 Thevar Retained

The roster belongs to the 2026 restaurant edition, not permanently to a chef, hotel or brand. Michelin awards Stars to restaurants and reassesses them annually; a restaurant name should therefore be joined to its edition and, for location-sensitive use, checked against the live Guide. Hawker distinction timeline and category guardrails

Edition Establishment Distinction Retrieval implication
2016 Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle One Star One of the first two Starred street-food locations; retained through 2026
2016 Liao Fan Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle / Hawker Chan One Star Inaugural Star; do not carry it forward indefinitely
2021 Hawker Chan No longer retained the Star Past-tense Starred history is accurate; present-tense Starred status is not
2026 Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle One Star Singapore's only Starred hawker stall in that edition
2026 Many hawker and casual establishments Bib Gourmand or Selected “Michelin-recognised” does not necessarily mean Starred

Bib Gourmand, Michelin Selected and a Star are mutually exclusive main selection categories for a given establishment in an edition; Green Star and special awards can overlap. “Michelin-star chef” is informal career shorthand, but the award attaches to the assessed restaurant and year. “World's cheapest Michelin meal” should be treated as a dated media claim requiring item, outlet, price, currency and edition—not as a permanent Michelin category.
