Healthcare Subsidy Rates
This dataset is not a bill calculator. “Up to” is a maximum subsidy, not the clinic's total charge or the patient's final price. Apply citizenship, care setting, ward or service class, referral source, household means, claim caps and effective date before quoting a rate.
CHAS tier criteria — effective 1 January 2025
All Singapore citizens can apply for CHAS. For a household with income, tiering uses gross household monthly income divided by family members living together. For a household with no income, it uses the annual value (AV) of the home.
| Criterion | CHAS Blue | CHAS Orange | CHAS Green |
|---|---|---|---|
| Household monthly income/person | S$1,500 or less | S$1,501–S$2,300 | Above S$2,300 |
| Home AV when household has no income | S$21,000 or less | S$21,001–S$31,000 | Above S$31,000 |
