CPF Retirement and Social Support Rates
These are reference rates, not an eligibility calculator. Apply the stated work year, cohort, age, income definition, household or individual unit, property tests and scheme rules. Temporary Budget support must not be projected beyond its stated financial year.
CPF LIFE Standard Plan illustrations for the 2026 age-55 cohort
Figures assume a male member, the Standard Plan and the stated start age. They are estimates that can change with actuarial assumptions; the RA amount at 55 is not the same as the balance at payout start.

Workfare Income Supplement — Work Year 2025 schedule
Main income band from WY2025: S$500–S$3,000 monthly, with a 12-month average no more than S$3,000. Concessionary rules can apply below S$500. Other citizenship, age, property and spouse tests apply.

Silver Support — quarterly amounts from 2025
The senior must meet all current lifetime-wage, housing and household-income tests. Amounts below are quarterly, not monthly.

Core thresholds: Singapore citizen aged 65+; total CPF contributions by age 55 no more than S$140,000; for self-employed or platform workers, average annual net trade income at ages 45–54 no more than S$27,600; household income per person no more than S$2,300; and the stated housing/property rules. FY2026 U-Save including Budget 2026 supplement
Only qualifying Singaporean HDB households receive U-Save; property-ownership and occupier/tenant rules apply. Credits go to the utilities account and cannot be encashed.

Matched MediSave Scheme — implemented January 2026
The five-year MMSS runs from 2026 to 2030. It matches eligible Singapore Citizens' voluntary cash top-ups to their MediSave Account dollar-for-dollar, up to S$1,000 per year. The recipient must be aged 55–70 inclusive, have MediSave savings below half the prevailing Basic Healthcare Sum, personal monthly income no more than S$4,000, annual value of residence no more than S$21,000, and own no more than one property. CPF Board assesses eligibility annually; no application is required. A matching grant for top-ups received by 31 December is credited at the beginning of the following year.
