Innovation Collective
The Innovation Collective is a 2026 sector-led collaboration among Care Corner, Allkin and Fei Yue, supported by the Lien Foundation, to build shared innovation capability in Singapore's social-service sector.
Innovation Collective
The Innovation Collective is a sector-led collaboration launched on 28 July 2026 by Care Corner Singapore, Allkin Singapore and Fei Yue Community Services, with support from the Lien Foundation. MSF describes it as a way for social-service agencies to build innovation capability systematically and sustainably while addressing complex social challenges that no single agency can tackle alone (MSF, 28 July 2026).
Shared projects and intended use
The collaboration's two flagship projects are an integrated case-intake and triage solution, intended to reduce fragmented and repeated client assessments and delays in care, and a project to strengthen data-analytics capabilities so social workers can make more holistic, evidence-informed decisions for clients with complex, multi-agency needs. The model is to co-develop practical solutions, share learning and scale useful approaches across the agencies' combined care networks (MSF, 28 July 2026).
Relationship to social-service transformation
The Innovation Collective is a cross-agency capability and knowledge-sharing partnership, not a universal social-service benefit, a standalone statutory board or a guarantee that every agency or client will receive a new digital service. MSF presented it as part of wider social-service transformation: technology and data may reduce administrative and coordination work, but social workers' human judgement and direct interpersonal support remain central (MSF, 28 July 2026).
