CPF At Your Service
Singapore's CPF At Your Service is a CPF Board outreach programme for seniors, launched in 2025 as a joint initiative with Active Ageing Centres (AACs). The programme brings CPF service stations and personalised support into familiar community settings, so seniors can receive one-to-one guidance on CPF matters and retirement planning at an AAC (Ministry of Manpower, 16 May 2026).
What the programme provides
CPF At Your Service provides a community touchpoint for seniors who want help understanding their CPF matters. CPF customer service officers and volunteers use service stations at participating AACs to provide personalised, one-to-one guidance in a familiar setting; the programme is intended to build confidence, clarify CPF schemes and policies, and dispel myths and misconceptions that can cause anxiety (Ministry of Manpower, 16 May 2026). The source describes an outreach and advisory service, not a new CPF account, cash benefit, subsidy or investment product. A session can help a senior make sense of retirement-planning choices, but the programme does not itself change the eligibility rules or terms of the CPF schemes discussed.
Who it reaches and where
CPF At Your Service is aimed at seniors reached through participating Active Ageing Centres, including centres operated by AAC partners such as NTUC Health. The arrangement supplements CPF Board's physical service centres by bringing officers and volunteers into community locations; it is therefore distinct from the general availability of CPF Board counters, online services or a promise that every senior will receive a session (Ministry of Manpower, 16 May 2026). The programme's intended audience is seniors using or visiting participating AACs, rather than a separately defined universal entitlement for all CPF members. People should check with the relevant AAC or CPF Board for session availability and the matters that can be handled at a service station.
2026 planned reach and boundaries
As announced on 16 May 2026, CPF Board planned to hold about 30 CPF At Your Service sessions by the end of 2026, with CPF customer service officers and volunteers, at more than 20 AACs across Singapore (Ministry of Manpower, 16 May 2026). This is a planned programme reach stated for the period ending 2026, not a completed session count, a count of seniors served, or coverage of every AAC. The announcement also says CPF Board expects to continue supporting AAC partners and welcomes more partners, so the named reach should not be treated as a permanent programme limit. CPF At Your Service should not be confused with a statutory CPF benefit, compulsory appointment, universal financial-advice entitlement or guarantee that an officer will resolve every CPF matter at an AAC.
