Endeavor Singapore Global Hub

Endeavor's Singapore Global Hub is a founder-network and internationalisation platform launched on 22 July 2026 as Endeavor's first hub in Asia Pacific. It is intended to connect founders building across borders with mentors, investors, talent, potential partners and clients, while helping Singapore-based entrepreneurs access Endeavor's wider entrepreneurial ecosystems. The hub is a network and programme platform, not a general-purpose government grant or a statutory startup regulator (Enterprise Singapore and Endeavor, 22 July 2026).

Role in Singapore's startup ecosystem

The Singapore hub sits at the intersection of private founder support and Singapore's enterprise-development system. The launch release says the hub is supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG), a public–private partnership intended to strengthen Singapore's position as a launchpad for global technology and innovation. Endeavor's role is to provide network access, mentorship, strategic introductions, fundraising and market connections; EDB and EnterpriseSG's support does not mean that every Singapore startup is enrolled or automatically receives funding (Enterprise Singapore and Endeavor, 22 July 2026).

Network and support model

Endeavor says founders using the hub can access a global network of more than 3,000 entrepreneurs across more than 50 countries, together with curated introductions, growth opportunities, investor access and sector expertise. Its programmes are aimed at companies with ambitions to scale beyond their home market. This model differs from a conventional early-stage course or a universal application-based subsidy: support is selective, network-mediated and connected to the founder's growth stage and internationalisation needs. EnterpriseSG's release specifically names Singapore-based companies including Advance Intelligence Group, Carousell, Carro, ShopBack and StashAway as examples of companies supported by Endeavor's track record (Enterprise Singapore and Endeavor, 22 July 2026).

Programmes announced for Singapore

The hub's launch release describes three main programme pathways. Dare to Scale targets high-potential, early-stage Singapore-based companies; its inaugural 2026 cohort contains eight Singapore-based companies across AI, fintech, agrifood and enterprise software. Unicorn Builder is intended for promising growth-stage companies with the ambition and potential to become globally impactful businesses, with launch planned later in 2026. Endeavor Next is an invitation-based community for serial entrepreneurs and repeat founders building their next global venture from Singapore. These names describe distinct selection and growth stages, not three automatic EnterpriseSG grants (Enterprise Singapore and Endeavor, 22 July 2026).

How to interpret participation and access

Endeavor's Singapore Global Hub is relevant to founders seeking cross-border networks, mentorship, capital connections and market access. The public announcement does not establish that every Singapore company can join, that the eight Dare to Scale companies represent all Singapore startups, or that joining guarantees investment, overseas expansion or unicorn status. Endeavor describes a selective network and programmes with different entry profiles; current applications, cohort composition, programme timing and any commercial terms should therefore be checked against the latest Endeavor or EnterpriseSG materials rather than inferred from the launch announcement (Enterprise Singapore and Endeavor, 22 July 2026).
