外交部（MFA）区分由公共服务委员会（PSC）管理的 PSC 奖学金（外交服务）和由外交部管理的新加坡政府奖学金（外交服务）。两项奖学金的申请均通过 PSC Gateway 提交。此观察并未合并两者的公民身份条件；请查阅各奖学金的专属网页。
