Markdown净投资回报贡献（NIRC）的上限规则
财政部关于 NIRC 的说明（最后更新于 2025 年十月 22 日）界定了两个组成部分及各自的上限；这是宪法规定的支出框架，并非声称预算会恰好收到任何单一年度实际回报的 50%。
财政部 related to The annual Net Investment Returns Contribution (NIRC) comprises up to 50% of Net Investment Returns on net assets invested by GIC, MAS and Temasek, plus up to 50% of Net Investment Income derived from past reserves from remaining assets. The Net Investment Returns component uses expected long-term real returns, including capital gains, rather than that year's actual investment returns.
