# Enterprise Singapore is related to Skills and Workforce Development Agency

Section 5(1)(g) of the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018, as amended by Act 17 of 2026, requires the Board to cooperate and collaborate with SWDA in discharging SWDA's functions under its Act. This is a statutory collaboration duty, not a merger or transfer of SWDA programme administration.
